1. The first thing you should do, if you haven't already, is read the Letter from the Commissioner
and download the league information and forms
that includes the Directory, Business Plan, Constitution & By-Laws, Laws, Minimum Standards, Registration information, budgets, etc..
2. The second thing you must do is fill-out the online TEAM AGREEMENT & COMMITMENT TO PARTICIPATE ONLINE FORM
or download and sign the New Team Agreement Form
and send the form along with the $2500 entry fee and $4000 annual fee to the League at 4041 American River Drive, Sacramento, CA 95864. New teams may also be required to post a $5000 bond, letter of credit or cash deposit for the first year.
